Five Officer and five Director positions will be up for election at our 19 November 2015 Annual Membership Meeting. The Chairman of the Nominating Committee has reported a slate of officers to the Board of Directors for these positions. The following positions are up for election and the nominations put forth by the Nominating Committee.

The election of officers will take place at our November 2015 Annual Membership Meeting. Nominations from the floor will be accepted during the November meeting for inclusion on the ballot. Voting by written secret ballot will be conducted at this meeting. Ballots with instructions will be made available in the November 2015 issue of the Heliogram and may also be downloaded from our website. The ballots may also be mailed to the secretary prior to the November meeting. The deadline for receipt of these completed ballots will be the beginning of the Annual Membership Meeting on 19 November 2015. Election results will be announced in the December issue of the Heliogram and at the December monthly membership meeting. The new terms effective starting at our January 2016 monthly membership meeting.
