COL(R) Doris Caldwell selected as the United Veteran’s Council’s 2018 Greater Sierra Vista Veteran of the Year
The 2018 Greater Sierra Vista Veteran of the Year was announced at the monthly United Veterans Council Meeting.
The 2018 Greater Sierra Vista Veteran of the Year is Colonel (U.S. Army Retired) Doris L. Caldwell.
The 2018 Veteran Recognition Luncheon will be held on 18 January 2018 at VFW Post 9972. To attend the luncheon, see the Flyer at the link below.

Update to Chapter Bylaws: Vote in Nov ’17
Our Chapter Bylaws were last updated in 2014. At the link below, the Chapter’s Board of Directors is recommending additional changes (shown in yellow). These changes will be agreed at the November 2017 Dinner meeting.

The Nominating Committee consisting of Doris Caldwell, Gene Manring, Allen Rossow, Ken Symmes, and Tom Hessler as Chair unanimously agreed to submit the slate of officers and directors shown below for the election in November. All are for two-year terms starting at our January dinner meeting with the exception that the JROTC Director is a one-year term.
